Operations Manager

Roger Bernhardt

Joined CTS in 1998 as Electronics Technician (RAAF trained)

Assumed position of Operations Manager in 2016 to manage service / production, warehouse, and logistics as well as IT.

Based in the Perth Head Office.

Engineering Manager

Bastian Baalmann

Bastian has been a valuable member of CTS since joining in 2007. Initially part of
the technical department in Perth, he has since become a crucial member of the
management team.

As the Engineering Manager, he plays a key role in service delivery and achieving
exceptional outcomes for clients.

Andy Earl

An experienced member of the sales team with a key role in the delivery of our
products and services to our current and developing customer base.

Michelle joined CTS in 2003 and is responsible for the general administration of the head office and for CTS accounting requirements.
